Pre-Order Items

All BLASÉ ARCHIVE products are released in limited quantities through our pre-order system.

Production begins once the pre-order window closes. Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

Please note: pre-orders are non-refundable once production begins.

Processing Time

Pre-order production takes 4 weeks.

After production, your order will be sent to our fulfillment center for processing.

Fulfillment processing typically takes 48 hours (2 business days) before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard International: 8-12 business days 

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Total Delivery Time

From the pre-order close date, please allow approximately 5–6 weeks for delivery:

4 weeks production

2 days fulfillment processing

8–12 business days international shipping

This timeline ensures that your limited pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BLASÉ ARCHIVE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
