Pre-Order Policy

All BLASÉ ARCHIVE pieces are released in limited quantities through our pre-order system.

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.

At this time, we are unable to guarantee exchanges due to the limited nature of our releases.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the pre-order window closes.

Once production begins, all orders are final.

After this, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
